Nestle India fixed Friday, January 5, 2024, as the record date for determining the entitlement of equity shareholders for the purpose of sub-division.
The FMCG major announced a split of existing equity shares of the company, such that one equity share having a face value of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up, will be subdivided into 10 equity shares having a face value of Re 1 each.
Pearl Global Industries will split the face value of its shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5. The share will turn ex-split on January 5, 2024, which is also the set record date.
